Brian – President/Managing Partner - 7 Years
As the owner of Ideal Solutions Provider LLC, Brian has over 17 years experience in the telecommunications industry. He began his career in the early 1990’s with AT&T selling Long Distance service, PBX and related equipment. He then worked with Panasonic, also selling telephone systems and PBX equipment. He migrated back to AT&T in the late 1990’s when they became a CLEC in the Tampa Bay area, marketing local telephone service and long distance products, as well as telecommunication equipment. He then spent a number of years with US LEC going into 2000 as a Senior Account Manager selling high cap and bundled services. In 2002, Brian created Ideal Solutions Provider and partnered with National ComNet Services as a Managing Partner and owner of the Tampa Bay and California Regions marketing Verizon services, among others. He continues to build his business and has expanded the list of service providers, as well as creating jobs and opportunities for individuals and partners to market telecom/data and wireless services and equipment to businesses. |

Susan – VP Operations /Sr. Account Manager – 5 Years
Susan has been working in the telecommunications industry for the past five years gaining valuable experience and knowledge to excel in this field. She uses her accounting and budgeting skills to assist telecommunication customers in getting the most efficient, cost effective services for their business. Susan also assists customers in setting up new businesses and moves. She has been the company’s top sales representative for the past two years and is well on the way to hitting that mark again in 2008. |

Wade – Operations Manager/Managing Partner ISP/MHD – 5 years
Wade is Ideal Solution Provider LLC’s Operations Manager and owner of MHD Communications. He is responsible for the service and support of networking and telephony technologies. The partnership between MHD Communications and Ideal Solutions Provider LLC was formed to round out their strengths for solutions and product sets. Wade has over 10 years experience with LAN/Wan infrastructures as well as telephony. He is Microsoft and Cisco Certified. Wade is known for his attention to detail and customer satisfaction. |

Charles has worked in various sectors of the Telecommunications Industry for 27 years. Charles was recruited by MCI / WorldCom Worldwide Headquarters in Clinton, MS to head up the infrastructure build out of the nationwide Wireless Networks of their new start up company, WorldCom Broadband Solutions. |

Kristi – Office Manager/Administrator – 2 Years
In 1995, Kristine went in to the telecommunications field as a call center supervisor for GTE Communications selling residential telephone service for 5 years. In 2000 Kristine relocated to Tampa and went to work as an Operations Director for a privately owned cellular company until the sale of the company in 2003. |

Edwina – Marketing Supervisor – 1 Year
In 2007, Edwina brought her sales and marketing experience to Ideal Solution, she was an appointment setter. With her hard work and dedication six months later she was promoted to Marketing Supervisor. With this position came great responsibilities such as train new hires and research & qualify leads, writing productive scripts and rebuttals to overcome objections and setting quality appointments for our Senior Account Managers. |

Josh – Sr. Account Manager
As a Senior Account Manager for Ideal Solutions Provider, Josh has over 12 years experience in the telecommunications industry. He began his career in the late 1990's with GTE working in a national repair facility repairing cellular and switching telecommunications systems. He then worked with Verizon, as an Analyst facilitating the design of voice and data networks. Josh then transitioned to managing a network operations center providing for the repair of Verizon Partner Solutions voice and data networks nationally teaming with customers and Verizon's business units to restore service. Joining Ideal Solutions Provider was a seamless transition leveraging strengths found through out his career of supporting customers technical and customer service needs. |

David – Account Manager
In 2003 I began a new career in Telecom with Cavalier Telephone and TV in October of 2005. I worked in business/residential customer service, and the repair department. I was issued a class-C certificate to work in the DMS 500 and Lucent 5-E switches in Michigan and Ohio for three years gaining valuable experience to assist customers with their telecom needs. This last year I worked with Hi Cap business accounts including Copper, Fiber, Ethernet services and web based products currently in high demand for today’s business. Over thirty five years combined experience serving business customer needs world wide.

He has also held a Regional Director position within the financial services industry where he supervised operations in 7 states.
